My artistic practice is research-based and interdisciplinary, working across visual art, archival methods, and storytelling. I engage with historical and contemporary materials to explore how memory, place, and power are shaped and negotiated over time. The archive functions both as method and medium in my work, where documents, images, and testimonies are activated through installation, film, and text. My projects often unfold as long-term processes developed in dialogue with institutions, collaborators, and communities, taking the form of open structures where knowledge is produced collectively.

In my studio

In my studio, I work with ongoing archival projects and will open parts of the archive to the public for interaction. During Oslo Open, visitors will be able to see working materials, sketches, and elements from projects in progress, and gain insight into how research, archives, and artistic production intersect. I welcome conversations about methodology, collaboration, and long-term artistic processes.

Planned projects and exhibitions

I am currently developing several long-term, research-based projects exploring archives, oral histories, and transnational connections. Upcoming work includes a poster exhibition at Folkets hjørne in collaboration with the Norwegian Labour Movement Archives and Library, as well as an archival project developed with Our Borders Archive and UNESCO. Further projects include a wall-based work at Konsthallen Luleå in Sweden, and several unfinished, process-based projects developed in collaboration with Tenthaus.
