As an artist I mainly work with sculpture, performance and film.
I like to carve sculptures in stone and made a series of handbags in granite as a symbol of the heavy burden we all carry sometimes in our lives. By inviting my colleague Aksel Høgenhaug to make a performance with one of my handbags I wanted to create an enriching experience for the audience. The perfromance was created at the Performance Art Festival in Bergen 2022.
